AIC Australian International College is a boutique Hospitality College located in the heart of Melbourne City. The partners of AIC are well known restaurateurs thus ensuring that our students are trained to a high standard to meet and exceed the expectations of the industry.

Where is Melbourne?

Melbourne is the capital city of Victoria and is the second largest city in Australia.  Melbourne is home to approximately 3,800,000 people and the cultural diversity within Melbourne attracts residents from around the globe. Melbourne is a vibrant, friendly city recognised for its art, education, and restaurants. Melbourne has also been voted as one of the world’s most liveable cities.

The climate in Melbourne averages approximately 30 degrees in summer and approximately 12 degrees in winter. It does not snow in Melbourne city but excellent snowfields are just hours away from the city fringe.  Melbourne has beautiful safe beaches only 5 minutes from the city centre and an excellent public transport system.  AIC Australian International College is just two minutes walk from the main train station and also one minute walk from the tram stop, so travelling for students is very easy.
